## What this dataset is

This is a phase-level evidence table for correcting WoodAge's local interior-planning content. It records the official project/phase identifier, the wording shown by the official record, an official date only when its type is clear, and an explicit interior-readiness boundary.

## What this dataset is not

It is not a possession list, sales lead list, market survey, WoodAge client list or proof that WoodAge has worked in a named project. A RERA registration, registration-end date, extension, amendment, projected completion date or projected OC/CC date does not by itself prove that a particular tower or flat has keys, utilities, snag closure, society permission or interior-work access.

## Phase and date rules

1. Match the project ID and phase on the owner's agreement or allotment record; never transfer one phase's status to the whole project name.
2. Preserve the official date label. `registration_up_to`, `project_completion_date`, `projected_oc_date` and `projected_cc_date` are different facts.
3. Treat every future date as a projection that can change. Recheck the live official record before publishing or acting.
4. Treat `OC/CC/PCC link exposed` only as a research pointer. Open and match the certificate to the owner's exact tower/phase.
5. Do not publish a society NOC duration, deposit, working hours, lift rule or contractor rule without a current society circular or owner-supplied document.

## Interior-readiness evidence stack

A flat becomes safe for production planning only after the owner supplies or confirms the relevant handover/possession document, applicable OC/CC/PCC, snag closure, live service points, site measurement, and current society fit-out rules. The final BOQ must still name materials, dimensions, inclusions, exclusions and warranties.

## WoodAge evidence boundary

Every row says `Not claimed` for a WoodAge project/client relationship. External project research may verify the project context; it cannot prove that WoodAge supplied a client, tower or society. Such a claim requires WoodAge's own permission-cleared project records.
