# Verified Project Delivery Facts — methodology

Rows are derived programmatically from the four owner-confirmed case manifest records, redacted case metadata, typed evidence/permission registry and proof-asset registry. Exact scope, periods, quantities and closure wording is preserved as text; absent common fields remain null. No private evidence, client names or addresses are published.

Selection requires all four configured case IDs to remain verified_live, owner-attested real_project_record entries with verified typed source and permission records, public text permission and matching proof assets. Scope, quantities, periods, snag closure and BOQ-line wording are selected from exact manifest facts. The generator intentionally does not publish the factory-address fact, client identity, private address, raw evidence reference or unselected narrative. It preserves “two weekends” as two weekends.

A verified_project_visualization is labelled as a visualization; it is not presented as a measured photograph or a guarantee of every depicted detail.
