## What it does

- Rectangular rooms and measured irregular outlines: L-shaped, notched, U-shaped, angled and freeform corner coordinates
- Straight, L, parallel, U, island and peninsula kitchen layouts
- Doors, windows, columns, shafts and other recorded site obstacles
- Walkable route checks between sink, hob and fridge that go around islands, peninsulas and columns rather than through them
- Clear-passage circulation reported as pass, needs confirmation, or fail
- Technical plan, elevations, services, isometric, client render, presentation board and package sheets
- SVG, DXF, PDF and JSON export at millimetre scale
- AI-assisted brief intake, with all geometry decided by the deterministic planner

## Limits

- Planning and review tool, not a site survey: recorded dimensions need site verification before manufacturing
- Hardware and appliance allowances are generic planning envelopes until an exact catalogue record is selected
- Responsible factory approval and manufacturing release happen outside this tool

## Accuracy boundary

Outputs support concept and pre-production review. They are not finished-site verification, engineering certification, local-code approval, CNC data or fabrication approval. Verify site measurements, services, appliance manuals and cut-outs, materials, hardware, joinery, tolerances and factory methods before production.
