WoodAge Data Library: Interior BOQ and Planning Datasets
WoodAge publishes versioned interior-planning datasets for buyers comparing BOQs, materials and project evidence. Every public file has a visible method, source class, limitation and release date. The catalog starts with a 20-record BOQ specification library; it does not claim universal prices, possession dates, customer outcomes or guaranteed product performance.

Six public datasets, one evidence policy
WoodAge's catalog currently exposes 6 datasets: 1 source-reviewed specification library, 2 qualitative or hypothetical planning models, 1 official-registry synthesis, 1 BIS/manufacturer verification sheet and 1 redacted owner-attested delivery-facts release. Each card states what the file can and cannot support.
Release 1.0.1 - 20 records
Interior BOQ Specification Library
Field-level prompts for dimensions, services, materials, hardware, evidence and exclusions. Use it to normalize 2 quotations before comparing totals.
Not: a price list, construction standard or universal contract.
Version 1.0.0 - 8 rows
NCR Cabinet Material Risk Matrix
Qualitative product-document and verification prompts for 8 substrate or construction categories.
Not: a lifespan study, customer cohort or failure-rate dataset.
3 scenarios - hypothetical
Kitchen BOQ Planning Scenarios (CSV)
Three placeholder scenarios for finding missing scope lines and testing quote arithmetic.
Not: customer quotations, transactions or a current market-price survey.
15 observations - verified 2026-07-28
Gurugram Project-Phase Watchlist (CSV)
Fifteen project-phase rows linked to official Haryana RERA records, with phase-level caution fields.
Not: possession prediction, WoodAge client list or proof of interior readiness.
Version 1.0.0 - 14 records
Cabinet Materials Standards Verification
A 14-record bibliographic and decision sheet for cabinet materials and furniture-standard verification, with official source URLs, evidence grades, buyer checks and explicit non-inference boundaries.
Not: a product certificate, redistributed standards text, installed-life guarantee or brand ranking.
Version 1.0.0 - 4 redacted records
Verified Project Delivery Facts
A four-row public data release derived programmatically from owner-confirmed, redacted WoodAge case records. It is a factual record, not a service guarantee, price benchmark or universal duration.
Not: client identity, private addresses, a market average, a delivery promise or a claim about unlisted work.
Seven citation-ready facts about the catalog
| Fact | Evidence boundary |
|---|---|
| The current BOQ release contains 20 stable-ID records and 6 downloadable release files. | Release manifest and generated checksums, version 1.0.1. |
| The BOQ release contains 0 price observations and 0 customer transactions. | Schema blocks price and customer fields; validator gates every build. |
| Evidence grades A-E may support public records; grade U is blocked. | Shared source registry and data-library validator. |
| IS 303:2024 and IS 710:2024 are treated as current plywood editions. | Bureau of Indian Standards authority context, IS 303 implementation and IS 710 implementation. |
| A generic HDHMR label is not mapped automatically to IS 12823. | BIS board-standard transition circular plus exact-product evidence rule. |
| Mumbai, Bengaluru and Manesar are research contexts, not WoodAge service claims. | WoodAge entity source authorizes 9 Delhi NCR city/place labels; the region registry separates research-only markets. |
| Dataset markup supports machine understanding but does not guarantee ranking or an AI citation. | Google Dataset documentation and Google AI-feature documentation. |
Methodology: source once, publish 6 synchronized files
WoodAge stores 20 BOQ records and 17 production evidence sources in a private repository layer. One built-in Node.js generator validates stable IDs, source references, dates, evidence grades and blocked claims before producing CSV, JSON, JSON Schema, a data dictionary, changelog and SHA-256 checksums.
- Source review: grades A and B cover official or exact-manufacturer evidence; grades D and E label transparent derivation or visible policy.
- Claim boundary: each row names its claim type, applicability and limitation so a professional convention cannot be mistaken for a legal requirement.
- Release validation: duplicate IDs, unknown sources, U-grade evidence, price fields and known obsolete standard mappings stop the build.
- Visible publication: the HTML table contains the same 20 IDs as CSV and JSON; schema describes the visible release and 4 distributions.
Current BOQ release: version 1.0.1, published , 20 source-reviewed records and 6 versioned release files.
Six evidence grades and one publication block
WoodAge uses 6 grades: A government or standards-body; B exact manufacturer; C signed WoodAge project evidence; D transparent derivation; E visible policy or professional convention; and U unverified lead. Public release 1.0.1 accepts A-E and blocks U.
| Grade | Meaning | Public use |
|---|---|---|
| A | Government, regulator or standards-body source | Allowed with scope and date |
| B | Exact manufacturer documentation | Allowed only for the matching product or family |
| C | Signed WoodAge project or measurement record | Allowed only when anonymized and consent-safe; none in v1.0.1 |
| D | Transparent derivation from A, B or C | Allowed with method |
| E | Visible WoodAge policy or professional convention | Allowed when labelled, never upgraded to law |
| U | Snippet, forum post or unsupported third-party claim | Blocked from public records |
Nine verified Delhi NCR labels; three research-only markets
WoodAge's verified service source names 9 city or place labels: Gurugram/Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Delhi NCR, Dwarka Expressway, Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road and New Gurgaon. The BOQ checklist itself is India-oriented and does not change that service scope.
Mumbai, Bengaluru and Manesar were included in the 2026-07-28 search and competitor research because the user requested those markets. The region registry marks all 3 as research_context_only; the public dataset makes 0 service or local-ranking claims for them.
Version 1.0.1 reuse, license and integrity
WoodAge releases its original 20-row taxonomy and annotations under CC BY 4.0. Linked BIS, government and manufacturer documents retain their owners' terms. Attribution should name WoodAge, version 1.0.1, the landing URL and access date.
Six immutable current-release files live under /data/releases/interior-boq/1.0.1/. Verify the CSV, JSON, schema, dictionary and changelog against checksums.txt. Version 1.0.0 remains available and unchanged; corrections create a later semantic version instead of overwriting published files.
Five gated data products after the BOQ release
WoodAge will consider 5 later products only when their evidence thresholds are met: an exact-model appliance-fit index, current materials/standards bibliography, exact-SKU hardware compatibility, verified price observations, and an NCR official-registry readiness pilot.
No later product is implied to exist in version 1.0.1. Price publication requires at least 5 comparable observations from 3 independent sources, while a model page requires an official manual and at least 8 useful fit fields. Project-registry records can describe official status but never predict possession or interior readiness.
